In order to expand HABIAbusiness in China, the Company sees a critical need to hire an OperationManager to be based in Changzhou.
Title: Quality Manager
To maintain and developthe quality system locally in Changzhou according to direction and guidelines.To assure the quality of our process and products.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement,communicate and maintain the quality plan to bring the company’s qualitysystems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Take full charge of allquality issues during whole production process.
Implement strategies forquality function, including quality system establishment and maintenance,process improvement, KPI measurement, etc
Make sure all documentused in Habia Cable is valid and updated Manage all inspection and make sureall products tested in accordance with the quality system.
Lead internal/externalaudit and management review base on company goals and KPIs Responsible for theevaluation and audit external suppliers.
Handing customers’complaints, performing investigations, take corrective actions and communicateto the customer
Failure analysis andproblem solving for both internal and external.
Requirements
1. More than 8 yearsexperience, at least 3 years experience of overall quality management
2. Familiar withISO/TS16949 quality system
3. Familiar with tierautomotive OEM APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA submission requirement
4. Strong problemsolving skill, six sigma is preferred
5. Familiar with qualitytools of data analysis is plus
6. Good communication inboth English and Chinese
7. Strong team spirit andgood analytical thinking

1. 8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，且3年以上質(zhì)量經(jīng)理的崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 熟悉ISO 或TS 體系
3.會(huì)運(yùn)用TS里的五大工具
4 . 有很強(qiáng)的解決問題的能力，會(huì)六西格瑪?shù)膬?yōu)先。
5.會(huì)使用質(zhì)量七大工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。
6.能夠很好的用英語和中溝通。
7.具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和較強(qiáng)的分析問題能力。
這么多的條件，論年薪至少20W吧。
