【中文摘要】 簡述了乙丙橡膠絕緣電纜的發(fā)展概況。詳細介紹了用于電纜絕緣的乙丙橡膠材料的優(yōu)異性能,包括低密度、高填充性、耐熱、耐臭氧、耐腐蝕、耐水蒸氣和耐過熱水、阻燃、柔軟等性能,且其絕緣電阻對溫度變化的敏感性較小。闡述了乙丙橡膠電纜的四種硫化(交聯(lián))工藝以及乙丙橡膠電纜產品的特點。展望了乙丙橡膠絕緣電纜今后的發(fā)展方向。

【英文摘要】 The development of ethylene-propylene rubber(EPR) insulated cable is briefly described.The excellent properties of EPR used in cable insulation are presented in detail;they include low density,high filling property,heat resistance,ozone resistance,anti-corrosion,steam resistance,overheated water resistance,flame retardancy,flexibility,as well as low sensibility to temperature variation.In addition four vulcanization technologies used for EPR insulated cable and the characteristics of EPR insulated cable are described.Finally the development direction of EPR insulated cable is prospected.
