1. Responsible for daily quality control to ensure testing method and procedure for good quality performance, report quality findings about raw materials, semi-product or final product on time.
2. Assist QC supervisor deal with customer complaint, follow up correction action and provide related report.
3. Prepare and update testing equipment instruction, deliver testing method or equipment training to inspector.
4. Monitor and follow up new RM and product serial test, report the testing analysis and take action as testing plan.
5. Assist QC supervisor initiate, organize and follow up quality improvement project, work with other department to meet the objectives.
6. Other work assigned by department.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree major in materials or quality related
2. Proficient in written English, fluent spoken English is preferred
3. Familiar with Microsoft office software
4. Good communication & coordination skill
5. High initiative and a good team player
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for daily quality control, work with production department to deal with ineligible product and quality problem occurred in production line.
2. Assist QC supervisor deal with customer complaint, follow up correction action and provide related report.
3. Provide quality report timely, analyze on-site quality problem and follow up correction action.
4. Prepare for internal & external quality audit, and quality report in terms of audit request and follow up correction plan
5. Assist QC supervisor initiate, organize and follow up quality improvement project, work with other department to meet the objectives.
6. Other work assigned by department.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in QA management or engineering
2. Min 3 years in similar quality function in NMC
3. Proficient in written English
4. Good communication skill and a good team player
5. Familiar with Quality Assurance System (ISO) and quality tools (MSA, 8D, P-FMEA)
6. 6-sigma green belt is preferred.
Responsibility:
1. Work with Maintenance team to keep owner equipments in the best condition. Analysis reason over level machines and make action plan.

2. Performance the preventing maintenance for all of machines.

3. Writing and updating machine operation manuals and repair manuals. Training mechanic to know how to repair our machines.
制作及更新設(shè)備操作說明和維修手冊，對維護(hù)工進(jìn)行必要的培訓(xùn)
4. Assist to check and push equipment 5S and appraise electrician monthly performance.
協(xié)助并推動設(shè)備的5S活動，每月維護(hù)工相關(guān)考核
5. Assist another departments or suppler to upgrade exiting machines for fitter lean manufacture.
協(xié)助其他部門或供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行設(shè)備升級
6. Prepare to owner machines mechanical spare parts and assist to purchasing.
準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備配件并協(xié)助采購
7. Implement company and department safety regulation, as well as company and department work discipline.
執(zhí)行公司及部門的安全政策和其他相關(guān)規(guī)定
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in mechanical manufacture or related areas.
2. Minimum 3 years mechanical maintenance related working experience
3. Be able to use CAD office software and related engineering software practically.
4. Have good English ability in writing and reading. Be able to communicate in English
5. Good communication and high initiative, self motivated and hard working attitude.
6. Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in mechanic team.
