[問題求助] 做好的2468銅包鋁線氧化了還能用嗎？

是2468 20 #一年前做好的線，現(xiàn)在一端打端子一端渡錫插板，焊好板后一拉，線芯就從中間斷了，有氧化了的白色粉末。線還能用嗎。

最先公司不懂，買了很多銅包鋁，現(xiàn)在還有。還能用嗎

銅包鋁能做UL2468 20#的嗎？銅包鋁在UL758里面規(guī)定只可以做12#或以上的導(dǎo)體規(guī)格�。�

80 deg C, 300 Vac, Horizontal flame, Oil Resistant 60 deg C or 80 deg C (optional).

Conductor

32 AWG - 16 AWG solid or stranded round, tinned or bare copper.(銅)

Insulation

PVC, 15 mils min average, 13 mils minimum at any point.

Assembly

Two to one hundred and fifty conductors laid parallel and in one plane. Same or mixed AWG. Each conductor has a nominal 15 mils or heavier wall. This forms a flat cable with a single row of conductors having a 1/2 in. maximum width web between insulated conductors.

哈哈，你們偷工減料也太嚴(yán)重了，建議所有的線材導(dǎo)體不要用CCA，即使是非標(biāo)線，因?yàn)楹茈y焊錫也很容易斷。品至很難保證.一般用來做個(gè)編制和纏繞和纏繞，還要在0.12以上.
