THE POSITION Title: Plant Director Location: Wuxi Responsibilities: • Provides overall leadership by planning, directing, and controlling all manufacturing activities Qualifications: • He/she must speak Chinese and be willing to work in China and willing to relocate within China. • He/she must be aggressive, knows Chinese culture, with at least 5-10 years factory, cable manufacturing of optical fiber cables • He/she should come from the telecom cable industry or cable maker • He/she should come from Telecom field with strong manufacturing experience • He/she should know quality management, process, and understand basic Finance, P/L, Capital investment etc. • He/she should have technical background and have working experience in China.
