有水冷電纜，具體是：軟導(dǎo)體-橡皮絕緣-3根絞合-橡膠管護套-端頭密封。技術(shù)要求如下：
導(dǎo)體：非5、6類導(dǎo)體，有特殊的要求，尤其是歪曲性能，具體需要參考相關(guān)的國外資料。
絕緣：實際上是沒有絕緣性能的，橡皮絕緣一般為多孔狀態(tài)，可以有水充在里面，對歪曲性能要求高，能承受頻繁的扭轉(zhuǎn)。
絞合：將3根帶橡皮層的線芯絞在一起，特小節(jié)距，可以保證良好的歪曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)性能，部分產(chǎn)品里面加有支撐填充。
護套：高強度、歪曲能力的橡膠管，里面充水，起保護內(nèi)部線芯和裝水的作用。
密封附件：端頭處密封，保證水不外漏，并起連接附件的作用
電纜用途：用于汽車加工等需要金屬加工的地方，此類電纜一般使用長度不大2-4米，低電壓，大電流，電纜靠水的作用冷卻，要承受頻繁的歪曲和扭轉(zhuǎn)，壽命要求1年左右。其他信息 大家通過搜索可以得到。
